This policy explains how Higgs Sphere Ltd (RC 7241440) ("Higgs Sphere", "we", "us"), including its businesses DieselNG and GasGrid, handles personal data collected through hsl-holding.com. We process personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA).

2. What we collect
- Enquiry details you give us: your name, company or organisation, email address, phone number, and the details of your enquiry (for example volume, location, delivery frequency, project type or fleet size).
- Technical data: limited information such as your IP address and browser type, used to protect our forms from spam and abuse and to keep the website secure.
- Usage statistics: anonymous, aggregated data about page visits. Our analytics do not use cookies and do not identify you.
3. Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations, on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To keep the website and forms secure, on the basis of our legitimate interests.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations where they apply.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run this website and our email: Cloudflare (website hosting, security and form processing) and Google (business email). They act on our instructions. Their servers may be located outside Nigeria; where this happens we rely on the safeguards these providers offer, as permitted by the NDPA.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for no more than 24 months if no business relationship results. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as required by law.
6. Your rights
Under the NDPA you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- object to or restrict how we use it;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent where we rely on it; and
- complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
